08.29.2022 - At the Market Tonight

Happy Monday! We're counting down to another market, where we have some fun new vendors for you.  First, we have the first of what we're hoping will be a series of pop-up dinner vendors, Cocina Tume.  These Peruvian dishes are all 100% plant-based; free of soy, gluten, dairy, and refined sugar; and absolutely delicious.  They change their menu monthly, and this is the last day you can try their mushroom ceviche, sourcing mushrooms from Florida Shroom King.  We also have The Cookie Jar trying the market out, with a variety of tasty cookies, including gluten-free options.  And finally, after a brief hiatus, Mangrove Collective is back this evening.  I know I can't wait to feed my obsession with their Ranch Cashews.

We hope to see you at the market.

With Gratitude,

Gabby Lothrop
Market Director
