05.02.2022 - At the Market Tonight

A photo of pints of heirloom cherry tomatoes.

Happy Monday! We have a lot to look forward to at the market this evening. We're looking forward to seeing some familiar faces: Slow Turtle is back tonight, and Zenn Naturals is popping up with some beautiful fresh produce! Slow Turtle has been noticeably absent of late; the double whammy of rising feed prices and a record number of new babies on the farm has meant there just hasn't been enough milk to make product for the market. But they are back tonight with goat cheese and meat, so it's time to restock!  Zenn Naturals will be with us to sell a bumper crop of their gorgeous cherry tomatoes, along with cucumbers, kale, eggs, lettuce mixes and more. It's also the first Monday of the month, so that means Thrown by Hand will be popping up with beautiful functional pottery.

But that's not all! We are excited to welcome a new vendor to the family!  Antolena's Pops makes delicious frozen fruit pops with the freshest and cleanest ingredients they can find.  As temperatures rise, we're excited to have access to frozen treats while we shop.

As always, there will be plenty of delicious local provisions, produce, artisan goods, and dining options to buy and enjoy. Music tonight will be from Iesha Marie, so it's stacking up to be a wonderful evening.

We hope to see you at the market.

With Gratitude,

Gabby Lothrop
Market Director
