01.17.2022 - At the Market Tonight
/Happy Monday! We're looking forward to a chilly market with some of our favorite locals this evening. We have some new vendors on deck for tonight. Janice's Pastelillos will be serving up homemade Puerto Rican pastelillos in a variety of flavors, including vegan options. Warm up your hands and snack while you shop!
The Audubon Park School will also be joining us for the next few weeks, as part of their contribution to a neighborhood-wide Poemville event. This week we will meet the Green Team. These students have been collecting used/discarded paper at the school and using it to make all new recycled poetry paper. Come pay them a visit and support these young entrepreneurs.
As a weekly reminder in these pandemic times, we will continue to provide hand-washing facilities and will maintain a setup that allows for plenty of space. We have masks on hand for anyone who wants them - just stop by the HQ booth and ask. Please continue to limit to one party per booth at a time, and maintain a safe distance from your fellow shoppers.
We hope to see you at the market.
With Gratitude,
Gabby Lothrop
Market Director
