04.12.2021 - At the Market Tonight
/Happy Monday! We hope yesterday's rains brought some much needed water to our farmers, and that the hail and winds didn't cause any damage to crops. We're grateful that the sun is out today and it's looking like another lovely evening for a neighborhood market. It's a pizza pop-up week, so in addition to tasty dinner options from Ceylon Hut, you can grab pizza from CM's Nomad Kitchen. As always, you can pick up your weekly staples, including goat cheese, kombucha, pickles, veggies, mushrooms, bread, and more.
If you're a SNAP shopper, we're pleased to share that the unlimited match from Fresh Access Bucks has been extended through the end of the calendar year. That means more free Florida-grown fruits, vegetables, edible plants and seeds for every SNAP dollar spent at the market.
As a weekly reminder in these pandemic times, we will continue to provide hand-washing facilities and will maintain a setup that allows for plenty of space between vendor booths. We have masks and gloves on hand for anyone who needs them - just stop by the HQ booth and ask. Please continue to limit to one party per booth at a time, and maintain a safe distance from your fellow shoppers.
We hope to see you at the market.
With Gratitude,
Gabby Lothrop
Market Director
