04.29.2019 - At the Market Tonight
/Happy Monday! We're excited to welcome two new vendors this week: Cocoberry Pops and Pea Pod Pierogie Company! Cocoberry makes delicious ice pops from real ingredients, using local and organic whenever possible. It's perfect timing in the season to add more cold treats, and we can't wait to try every flavor. Pea Pod Pierogie sells prepped and ready to sauté pierogies, using authentic traditional methods. They'll make a great staple item to grab and serve with a side salad for a quick weeknight meal.
It's also still blueberry season, so we're stocking up with enough berries to enjoy immediately and freeze for later. We'll be pulling them from the freezer to enjoy all summer long, but right this moment they are at they're at their delicious peak.
Hope to see you tonight!
Cheers,
Gabby Lothrop
Market Director
