Happy Monday!  This week we're celebrating the return of many of the vendors we haven't seen in a little while.  With the unpredictable weather, tough growing conditions, and myriad other challenges of Summer in Florida, we're sure you've noticed a little less variety and some absent vendors.  Things will continue to fluctuate as we make it through the season, but we'll be here every week with a selection of some of the best local goods our region has to offer. You can grab dinner from Ceylon Hut, along with pizza from CM Bakari and a selection of flavors from The Bearded Vegan.  Dessert options will abound tonight, with offerings from Edward's Gourmet Confections and Winter Park Pie Company.  Second Breakfast, Microganic Farm, and Zenn Naturals are back this week, rounding out the seasonal produce and farm product options alongside Florida Salad King, Blodgett's Produce Works, Slow Turtle Farm, and Heart of Christmas Farms.  And don't forget to grab some kombucha from Orlando City Kombucha, and treat yourself to something nice from Lyle Lane Cosmetics!

It's Market Monday, and it's National Farmers Market Week.  If you're used to shopping local and eating with the seasons, you'll know this isn't exactly peak season around Florida, as it is for much of the rest of the country.  But the farmers and businesses we work with operate year round, so we're proud to celebrate this week with our amazing vendors who have stuck it out in some of the toughest weather!

We're welcoming back our friends from Bleu Basil today, so there'll be some tasty handmade pastas and sauces to grab along with the other delicious provisions our vendors offer. And Thrown by Hand is back with a pop-up appearance, featuring handmade, functional pottery.

As a weekly reminder in these pandemic times, we will continue to provide hand-washing facilities and will maintain a setup that allows for plenty of space.  We have masks on hand for anyone who wants them - just stop by the HQ booth and ask.  Please continue to limit to one party per booth at a time, and maintain a safe distance from your fellow shoppers.

Happy Monday!  We're looking forward to another market evening, reconnecting with our neighbors and favorite local purveyors.  We're in the height of summer now, so in addition to the rain risk, we're seeing different variety at the market booths.  You'll find more hot-weather varieties, such as peppers, tropical fruits, and okra.  And of course, there are some farm products that are available year-round, like mushrooms, microgreens, and goat cheese.  We hope you'll join us to stock up on the best this season has to offer!
